NPCOA offers daily opportunities for social interaction and a variety of engaging activities. Several class offerings are evidenced-based programs addressing the well-being and health of seniors. Activities are scheduled to resume July 1, 2021.  Some classes are available via Zoom.  Call 318-357-3250 to find out more!

Activities include:

  • Bingo
  • Second Cup of Coffee (daily)
  • Monthly Birthday Party (last Friday of the month)
  • Senior Breakfast (monthly)
  • Fitness Center
    • a fully equipped gym
    • all levels fitness classes – Chair Aerobics, Chair Yoga
    • a walking/running track
    • Fitness instructors are CPR certified, S.A.I.L. certified as well as various other certifications in the instructors specialty area
  • Dance Lessons
  • Tai/Chi for Arthritis & Chair Tai/Chi
  • Video Walk/Walking Track
  • Gardening
  • Field Trips
  • Inspirational Speakers (Tuesdays)
  • Special Events/ Parties
